SECRETARY, Director, Real Estate Asset Management, Fannie Mae

Elizabeth is an experienced senior director in the financial services sector focused on developing and implementing process and operational risk management systems and controls. Her background includes transaction management of large, multifaceted transactions, project and systems implementations, and development and execution of operational processes in support of business growth while enhancing governance and control practices. More recently Elizabeth’s work has shifted toward compliance activities including work particularly with regulators, SOX compliance, internal and external audits and reviews, as well as governance oversight including policies and procedures, delegations of authority.

Elizabeth is currently Director of Governance and Compliance, Single Family Program Office for Fannie Mae.  Previously Elizabeth served in management positions at GMAC Mortgage, Radian Guaranty and Freddie Mac.

Elizabeth currently serves as the Finance Chair on the board of Directors for the Kakenya Center for Excellence.  She also sits on the Board of Trustees for Randolph College (founded as Randolph-Macon Woman’s College) where she has served as Co-Chair of Strategic Planning, Chair of Audit and Governance Committees as well as service on Finance and Buildings and Grounds.

Elizabeth holds a BA in English and Religion from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College.
