Judy Moak is a strategic manager with 30+ years of experience serving non-profit and commercial organizations.  Principal of Complete Circle Consulting, Judy provides consulting services and project oversight in the areas of major gifts, board development and strategic planning. 

Judy has managed a range of fundraising and communications work for such clients as the Corporation for Public Broadcasting Major Giving Initiative, the National Recreation and Park Association, National Quality Forum, Choral Arts Society of Washington, Châteauville Foundation, Bright Beginnings, Inc., Woodley House, National Committee for Quality Assurance, National Partnership for Women & Families, National Main Street Center and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Judy has worked with consultant colleagues for a broad spectrum of clients including The Metropolitan Opera, The New England Aquarium, and the National Veterans Legal Services Program. Judy is a founding member of the Transition with Strength (TWS) network of senior non-profit consultants who collaborate to bring institutions the expertise they seek to advance to their next level of success. 

Judy's staff experience with non-profit organizations includes development, communication and business relations for WETA TV26 FM91, Children's Express, The Learning Channel and National Public Radio. 

An advocate and volunteer for youth and adult leadership and literacy, Judy serves on the board of the Kakenya Center for Excellence. Judy is a former officer and member of the board of Bright Beginnings, Inc. and the Arlington County Schools ESOL (English Speakers of Other Languages) Committee.
